Hi everyone! Instead of giving translations for each song piecemeal in rehearsal I thought it would make sense just to give you one document you can print or refer to that has each set of lyrics with a line-by-line translation. As we've discussed before, the meaning of each song is metaphoric or an overall "feeling" that captures the moment or action it is matched with. In particular, the pieces from the Lorca Suite are not meant to depict a literal scene but are like an allegory for the emotional contour of the scene in which they appear.
