CBC Foodbank Gig

Hi everyone!

For the CBC Radio (Mainstreet) Foodbank show, we will be singing four pieces from our carolling repertoire. This is how I think the divisi will work best:

TWO PART

THREE PARTS (Carol of the Bells Only):

REPERTOIRE:

• Carol of the Bells (3 pt)
• Ding Dong Merrily on High (2 pt)
• The Most Wonderful Time of the Year (2 pt)
• Jingle Bell Dash (2 pt)

ATTIRE:

Dressy black bottoms (nice pants or skirt), including nice black footwear (tall boots ok), long sleeve black shirt to go under your Xara t-shirt. I will be bringing extra t-shirts if you don't have one.

SCHEDULE:

3:15 Arrive

3:30 Soundcheck 

4:00 On air (our 4 songs will be spread over the two hours)

6:00 Done

LOCATION:

6940 Mumford Road (Mumford Bus terminal area).

The CBC portion of the building is past the Sobeys and the Shoppers Drug Mart at the very end of the upper buildings

You will probably have to sign in at the security desk and be accompanied to the studio, although the public are being invited so it might be simpler than that. If you aren't sure where to go, ask at the security desk. The lobby is likely to be very busy with Foodbank personnel and the public so please make sure you allow yourself enough time to get through all of that before the soundcheck.
