Maritime Travel Performance - Sunday, November 22nd, Marriott Harbourfront Hotel
Just a reminder of this performance which is coming up fast! It's for Maritime Travel's annual Christmas Breakfast. The call time for soundcheck is 7am. We will be performing two 10 minute sets, one at 8:30 am at the beginning of the breakfast, and one at the end (approx 9:20 am). The rep will be mostly holiday carols with a couple of extra things. We will go over the musical requirements this Sunday at 5pm. We'll also have an hour on Nov 21st to work on the rep before the performance the next day. Uniforms will be black tunics, leggings, and boots.

If there is anyone who cannot attend this performance, please let us know ASAP.

Carolling
We have two carolling opportunities coming up that are both related to Tales of the Old North. We'd like to divide into two groups, so that everyone only has to do one carolling day. Here are the details:

#1
We'd like to have a group of singers on the ferry from 5-6pm on Wednesday, November 25th, in order to help promo the show. We'd just be singing holiday songs (the same as for the Maritime Travel gig) and passing out fliers. We have our tech rehearsal at Alderney that evening starting at 6pm, so this would be for anyone who could come early and sing.

#2
We are receiving free tables at the Alderney Landing market for the next two weekends, where Alanna will be promo'ing the show and passing out fliers. As a "thank you" for their donation of the table space, they asked us to sing a few Christmas carols in front of their Christmas tree on Sunday December 6th from 1-2 pm. This would be right before the Xara Holiday Party so you could really get into the festive spirit by carolling prior to the party :)

Take a look at your schedule to see which of these you might be able to do and we'll discuss it on Sunday at rehearsal.

Wreaths
Keep selling those wreaths! All the information and order forms are on the website. Reminder once again of wreath decorating day on Saturday, December 5 from 9:30-5:00pm at Edgewood-Oxford United Church.
